One Year Warranty

Dacasso Ltd. (“Dacasso”) warrants that Dacasso brand products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Dacasso will repair or replace with comparable products, at its option and free of charge, any product, part or component, which fails under normal use as a result of such defect. This warranty applies for one year from the date of sale and is valid only for the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase from an authorized Dacasso dealer.

Extended Two-Year Warranty

Dacasso Ltd. (“Dacasso”) extends the standard warranty for the placemat products from one to two years. Dacasso warrants that eligible products (extended warranty eligibility is listed on individual product pages under the specifications tab) are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Dacasso will repair or replace with comparable products, at its option and free of charge, any placemat, part or component, which fails under normal use as a result of such defect. This warranty applies for two years from the date of sale and is valid only for the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase from an authorized Dacasso dealer.

Extended Five-Year Warranty

Dacasso Ltd. (“Dacasso”) extends the standard warranty for the conference table pads from one to five years. Dacasso warrants that eligible products (extended warranty eligibility is listed on individual product pages under the specifications tab) are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Dacasso will repair or replace with comparable products, at its option and free of charge, any conference table pad, part or component, which fails under normal use as a result of such defect. This warranty applies for five years from the date of sale and is valid only for the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase from an authorized Dacasso dealer.

***The extended five-year warranty does not apply to the coasters and pen holders included in the conference room sets.***

Exclusions

These warranties do not apply to product failure resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Failure to apply, install or maintain products according to published Dacasso instructions and guidelines
  • Abuse, misuse or accident
  • Alteration or modification of the product

THESE LIMITED WARRANTIES ARE THE SOLE REMEDY FOR PRODUCT DEFECT, AND NO OTHER WARRANTY IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  DACASSO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT’S DEFECT.

Terms & Conditions

Guarantee & Returns

At Dacasso, we stand behind our products 100%. If for any reason you or your customer are dissatisfied, simply call us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the product can be returned without a restocking fee.

To qualify for full credit without a restocking fee the returned product must meet the following conditions:

  1. The RA# must be clearly marked on the return shipping box.
  2. All products must be repackaged inside the original retail packaging and in new condition.
  3. We will accept return of  multiples of the same product if only one of the like items was opened.  The opening of additional pieces of the same product will result in a 15% restocking fee for all remaining quantities.

All returns must be placed back into the original retail box then placed in a shipping box before returned to Dacasso. Any return shipped to Dacasso in the retail package as the shipping box will be refused.  Returns must be received within 30 days of the original order date for a refund.  Returns may take 10 business days to process. Unused account credits expire after six months.

Dacasso cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs during return shipping or for any additional shipping charges that may be incurred as result of Dacasso’s refusal of  a returned shipment.  Imprinted or custom items (any item that is made to order) are non-refundable and cannot be returned. In the event a damaged imprinted or custom item is received, Dacasso must be notified within 5 days of receiving the order.

Freight

All claims for damage or shortage must be reported within 5 business days after delivery of shipment.  All freight claims must be filed with the shipping carrier for possible inspection. UPS requires patrons to keep any damaged items and their shipping materials for 7 business days unless instructed otherwise.

Transit Times

The transit times of shipments sent by UPS Ground & Standard services are not guaranteed.  The estimated delivery date provided on our website should only be used as an approximate date of arrival for Ground and Standard service types.  Dacasso is not liable for any shipment that does not arrive in a timely manner when a Ground or Standard service type is selected.  Should a guaranteed delivery date be required, please contact customer service for alternate shipping options.

It is your responsibility to notify us within Seven days in the event an item arrives damaged, or if an item is not received. We cannot be held liable for misplaced, lost or stolen packages. Once delivered to your office or home, you are responsible for the safety of the package(s). Please inform us if you prefer your shipment to be sent "Signature Required".

 

Cancellations

All orders are considered firm and can be cancelled only at the discretion of Dacasso.  Orders for custom products cannot be cancelled.  Once an ordered item has been imprinted or decorated, the order cannot be cancelled.  To cancel an order, a written request must be sent via email or fax to Dacasso.  Upon approval of the cancellation request, Dacasso will email a confirmation of the cancellation.  All cancelled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee and charges will be billed for any work or materials already completed.

Branding & Packaging

Dacasso manufactures Dacasso, Dacasso Colors and Protacini branded items. These brand names may appear in the following places: a discreet location on the product, on external and/or internal retail packaging, near the UPC code, on the exterior of case cartons and shipping boxes. The Dacasso branding is not limited to these locations. All listed items priced on a purchase order are for branded products.

Payment Terms

For new accounts, pre-payment is required on the first two orders.  After the second order, Net 20 payment terms may be established if desired. A completed application and at least three credit references are required. Once terms are established, payment is due 20 days from the ship date noted on the invoice. A finance charge of 1.5% (18% per annum) will be applied to all overdue accounts. Memo-billed shipments must be returned for credit or the invoice must be paid within 30 days. Unused account credits expire after six months.

Custom Orders

Pre-payment in full is required for all custom-made products. Dacasso, at its sole discretion, may agree to accept a 50% deposit in order to begin production. Any remaining balance will be due prior to the shipment of the products. No refunds or exchanges are accepted for custom-made products. In the event a custom-made product arrives damaged or defective, Dacasso will replace the item at no additional cost. The standard lead time for custom-made products is six to eight weeks once production begins. A pre-production sample may be provided for a minimum cost of $400. The payment for a pre-production sample will be applied to the final invoice if the order moves into production.

The name “Dacasso” and “Dacasso Limited” are protected by the United States Patent and Trademark Office with serial number 78224139. This affords Dacasso legal protection against trademark infringements, unauthorized use of the name or other action which could jeopardize the security of the company. Whenever required, legal action is instituted against those parties or persons who presume to appropriate the good name of Dacasso without authorization. Dacasso is aggressively vigilant in the protection of the name and registered trademark of the company. All rights in and to any and all marks of Dacasso are reserved. Trademarks are also registered in Canada. More information can be found at www.USPTO.gov.

Dacasso authorizes distributors to list, market and sell Dacasso brand products. Authorized distributors must list and sell under the doing business as name provided to Dacasso as their corporate name. Online distributors who transact on online marketplaces and websites must meet minimum annual sales volume to remain an authorized dealer of Dacasso products (Inquire for additional details). Dacasso reserves the right to terminate a distributors rights to list, market, and sell Dacasso brand products at any time for any reason, without cause and without disclosure. Upon termination Dacasso will no longer fulfill purchase orders submitted by the distributor. The revoked distributor must remove all listing, imagery, logos, copyrighted and trademarked work provided by Dacasso from any website, marketplace or storefront at which that distributor transacts. Any balances due will be considered fully due at time of termination.

Submission of Ideas

While your feedback is important, please do not submit any creative ideas, suggestions or materials without prior contact with a Dacasso representative.

If, despite the request that you DO NOT send in any creative materials, you still send in concept ideas or other information (collectively, the “Information”), the Information shall be deemed, and shall remain, the property of Dacasso. None of the Information shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Dacasso and Dacasso will not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Information. Without limitation of the foregoing, Dacasso shall exclusively own all now known or hereafter existing rights to the Information of every kind and nature throughout the universe and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Information for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the provider of the Information.
